Does this apply to me?

If you were previously told you had to wait 10 or 15 years, you may now be eligible immediately. The clock starts ticking the moment you completed your sentence, probation, or parole (whichever was last).

What form do I need?

For these expungements, you typically need to file Form CC-DC-CR-072. This is the official petition for expungement of a guilty conviction.
